Those minors can wait for their right time. And those who are unskilled can master the craft of riding. Practice and practice - that's the key. If you feel like being a dare-devil, stay home and focus on some productive things. You might end up in a totally devastating plight.

Parents, guardians and the authorities are next in line. They need to acknowledge the danger of having their children, ward or subject of attention before they can appreciate prevention.
